"Driver turned up - 45 minutes late to pick up a guest of our firm from the train station. When I eventually got him on the phone he said he was 6 minutes away, yet took a further 25 minutes. Whilst he was supposedly on his way to the pick up he called both me and my partner back as he had missed calls from us, if he spent less time trying to line up his next fare and concentrated on getting to the pre-booked, pre-paid fare he might be more successful in his chosen career. Not at all impressed!"

"Driver didn't turn up at 7:30 (booked time) which was booked a week in advance and already paid for (£70). When we called the company, they said they had nothing booked in for us at all, however they then called back saying they would be on their way in an hours time! When I told them we had already paid, the driver explained he must have got the wrong number because the person he was trying to call hadn't already paid. He then called back AGAIN and said he would be 20 minutes and that he could see we had paid. Overall, a lot more stress than it should have been because we made sure to book a week in advance for our night out. The driver was lovely when he arrived but didn't really make up for bad company organisation."

Got told he was coming back for and not to worry. Got picked up at least 45 mins late. I'd arranged a time for a reason and don't think it's unreasonable to expect the time to be honoured. Would the taxi expect to wait 45 mins for me? "

"This hiring was cancelled and no journey took place. I tried to inform you, but couldn't find your E-mail address. I did, however telephone Carlos and confirmed this by E-mail. The cancellation was caused by my being summoned to see my Hospital Consultant (I suffer from Leukemia/Lymphoma). I asked about a refund of the hire charges, but have heard nothing."

"We pre-booked a taxi to take four of us, plus a wheelchair, from a hotel in Uckfield to the Bluebell railway at Sheffield Park for Sunday lunch on the Golden Arrow. Carlo was excellent and arrived in plenty of time to pick us up and take us to the station. We had also booked for him to pick us up after the lunch on the train three hours later. Again Carlo provide an excellent service, even meeting us off the train on the platform. I would highly recommend him to anyone."

"Useless. Turned up early and then got annoyed when I wasn't there early as well. A booking for 12.30 is a booking for 12.30, not 12.20. Decided to go and do another fair and disappeared so was left without a lift. Utterly useless. Won't be using them ever again and il be making sure to tell every one else not to as well! "

Had to make 2 journeys splitting the party. The return journey was in a slightly larger car but one of the group had to squeeze into the boot seat. Very annoyed & not impressed. Will not book with that firm again. "
